Our pick for a complete compounded GLP-1 program: NexLife

As of October 15, 2026, NexLife is Peptides Editorial’s editor’s pick: compounded tirzepatide at $139 a month and semaglutide at $119 a month on 12-month plans ($169 and $139 month to month), the same price at every dose, with provider review, a nutrition plan, a coaching call, 24/7 support and free expedited shipping included and no membership.

It is not the lowest price we track. Eden charges a flat $129 (tirzepatide) and $99 (semaglutide) a month with no membership, lower than NexLife at every plan length; Mochi Health’s starter doses start at $90 and $60 plus a $79 monthly membership; Found’s $169 needs a prepaid year; Noom Med starts at $79 for the first three weeks. NexLife does not state that lab work is included, and its lowest rates need a 12-month plan.

Verified current on providers’ own pages, October 15, 2026: NexLife, Eden, Mochi Health, Enhance.MD, Found, Henry Meds, Noom Med, Shed, Oak Longevity, PlushCare, WeightWatchers Clinic, LillyDirect (Zepbound) and NovoCare. TrimRx was a partial read (headline price only). Not re-read (sites blocked automated reads): bmiMD, Hims, Hers, Ro.

FDA status, October 15, 2026. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generics. FDA’s April proposal to keep them off the 503B bulks list has no final decision. FDA warned Empower Pharmacy on September 18 over B12 and niacinamide versions. BPC-157 and TB-500 have no lawful 503A compounding route; an interim peptide access policy reached White House review on October 14 and is not in effect. Read the status report.

PEPTIDE EVIDENCE

What the trials support

Semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide have phase 3 programs and approved labels. Tesamorelin is approved for one indication. BPC-157 and TB-500 have no published human efficacy trials, and ipamorelin’s one efficacy trial failed its endpoint. No compounded preparation has trials of its own.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Peptides Editorial’s top pick for a compounded GLP-1 program?

NexLife, as of October 15, 2026: $139 a month for tirzepatide and $119 for semaglutide on 12-month plans, the same at every dose, with no membership. It is an editor’s pick for an all-in program, not the lowest price we track; Eden charges $129 and $99 a month.

Are compounded GLP-1s FDA-approved?

No. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, are not generics and are not the same as Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. Trial results belong to the approved products.

Is BPC-157 legal to compound?

Not as of October 15, 2026. It is not on the 503A bulks list or in Category 1. A July advisory vote and a pending interim access policy have not changed the law.

How often are prices checked?

Prices in the dataset were re-read on providers’ own pages on October 15, 2026. Rows we could not re-read keep their earlier date and say so.

Does Peptides Editorial earn money from links?

Yes. The site is affiliate-supported and may earn a commission when readers enroll through links. Compensation does not change the methodology, rankings or the prices reported.
